Cristina ISPAS graduated in Social Work and Pedagogy; he completed a Masters in Pedagogy and a Masters in Business Administration; he holds a PhD in Sociology (at the West University of Timisoara); he also holds a PhD in Pedagogy (at Chisinau State University).
With over 30 years of teaching experience, he is currently full professor at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, the UBB Center in Resita, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences. He also attended for 4 years training courses in the field of systemic family psychotherapy, which allowed her to practice the profession of psychotherapist.
He has participated in several training courses in Romania and abroad.
He has carried out numerous internships abroad at various Italian universities.
He has participated in numerous research projects at a national and international level, as well as in educational projects with European funding as a project manager or training expert.
Her papers have been published on journals and volumes in Romania and abroad.
