Maura La Torre obtained a PhD in “Innovation Management” at the University “G. d’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara, and an international PhD in “The Economics and Management of Natural Resources”, specialising in “Sustainable Finance and Banking” at University LUM “Giuseppe Degennaro”. She was awarded research grants on corporate sustainability and knowledge management at the Department of Business Economics of the University “G. d’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara, and was a research fellow on the topic “Towards the circular economy: a perspective on business model innovation”, (PRIN 2022 Funds), at the Department of Business Economics of the University “G. d’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara. Her research interests include: knowledge management and knowledge risk management in organisations, corporate sustainability, sustainability performance reporting and communication, and the transition towards circular business principles and models.
