Luigi Di Giosaffatte is General Manager of Confindustria Chieti Pescara. From 2006 to 2014 he was General Manager of Confindustria Pescara. Former Professor in charge of Business Organization and Human Resources Management during a Master’s Degree at the Faculty of Education Science of the University “G. d’Annunzio” Chieti Pescara. From 2013 to 2019 he was a Contract Professor of Strategies, Leadership and Human Resources at the Master’s Degree in Economics course at G’ d’Annunzio Chieti Pescara University. He is currently Professor of Leadership and Team Performance Management at the Economics and Management Degree course at the Department of Business Economics of the University of “G’ d’Annunzio” Chieti Pescara.

He is the author of publications and specialized articles on Business Law, Economic and Industrial Policy and Corporate Organization. He is the author of Studies and Research published in specialist journals.
He was awarded the title of Knight of Merit of the Italian Republic conferred by the President of the Republic, the Civic Benevolence “Golden Dolphin” for the Economy. He was the winner of the 2009 “Voluntarily” Award for the Social Marketing Project. In December 2019 he was awarded the ADRIATIC
Prize for Nonfiction. His latest book, published by Rubbettino, has been in the bookstore for a few months: “From the hours I work to the value hours: stories of the work that will come”, written with Claudio Bonasia. The book was the first place in the KALOS Prize of Fort of Marbles for the Essay Section.
