Retired Full Professor of Business Administration: he held the courses of Business Economics and the Advanced Course of Professional Technique. For a long time he was President of the Aggregate Degree Course in Economics, Administration and Business Law as well as the Aggregate Degree Course in Professional Consulting for Companies, at the former Faculty of Economics, current Department of Economics and Management, of the University of Pisa.
Adjunct Professor of “Business Economics I” at the Department of Economics and Management as well as Adjunct Professor of “Elements of Accounting” at the Department of Law of the University of Pisa.
He was a member of the Technical Coordinating Committee of the Faculty of Economics established at the University of Sassari and alternate professor of General and Applied Accounting II.
Registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Pisa, as well as registered in the Register of Statutory Auditors.
He was Scientific Director of the Master in “Budget and Business Administration” of the University of Pisa and is currently the Organizational Manager.
He was a member of the Scientific Board of the Publitalia ’80 Master in “Marketing Communication Sales Management”, of which he was also responsible for a long time in the area of ”Corporate Management and Synthesis Determinations”.
Since 30 January 2020 he has been President of the “Association of the Orders of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts Alto Tirreno”.
Member, since its establishment, of the Scientific Committee of the PERF.ET Master set up at the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Ferrara.
Honorary member of the Italian Society of the History of Accounting, of which he was President in the three-year period 2002-2004.
Honorary member of the Italian Society of Accounting and Business Economics Teachers.
Honorary member of the Italian Academy of Business Economics, of which he was for a long time President of the Board of Auditors.
In the period from 1978 to 1988 he held training courses on financial statements and financial statements analysis at the Business Management School of the Bocconi University of Milan.
He was a member of the Scientific Committee of the Regional Institute for Economic Planning of Tuscany (I.R.P.E.T.) from 2001 to 2006.
Member of the Scientific Committee of numerous academic and professional journals: “Journal of Chartered Accountants”, “Accounting and Corporate Culture”, “The Statutory Auditor”, “Control in Companies and Entities”, “Online Business Economics”, “Economics , Company and Development “.
He has published numerous works on business administration, accountancy and professional techniques.
In particular: balance sheet analysis, company evaluation, extraordinary transactions and corporate taxation, history of accounting, plant maintenance, amortization process and more.
He has also held several seminars in professional training courses organized by various Chambers of Commerce, Industrial Associations and various types of Bodies, in the context of the main business and economic issues.
He is the Curator and Judicial Commissioner in multiple insolvency proceedings at the Court of Pisa, as well as a technical consultant for various Courts, not only in Tuscany.
